Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Connector OS, its relationship intelligence features, connected integrations, and communication services.

Last updated July 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Connector OS concerning your access to and use of the Connector OS website, progressive web application, subscriptions, integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use Connector OS for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. The Connector OS Service

Connector OS provides tools for managing professional relationships, contacts, projects, reminders, introductions, notes, semantic recall, and connected contact or calendar synchronization. Features may differ by subscription tier and may change as the service evolves.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Connector OS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and format that information solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Connected Services and Authorization

You may authorize Connector OS to access Google or Microsoft accounts. By connecting an account, you direct us to retrieve, reconcile, create, update, or delete contacts and calendar events according to your settings and actions. You represent that you are authorized to provide this access.

Google, Microsoft, Supabase, Hindsight Cloud, Resend, Azure, Stripe, Sentry, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Connector OS is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, API changes, data loss, or acts outside our reasonable control.

5. Communications

Connector OS may send emails through Resend and SMS messages through Azure when you initiate or enable those workflows. You are solely responsible for message content, recipient selection, required notices, consent, opt-out compliance, and compliance with anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, and professional-conduct rules.

You may not use Connector OS to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, unsolicited, or rights-infringing communications.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

You may cancel future renewal through available account controls. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a current billing period, and paid features may remain available until that period ends.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Access or use the service unlawfully or without required authority or consent.
  • Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt service operation.
  • Scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
  • Use relationship intelligence to discriminate, impersonate, deceive, or make unlawful consequential decisions.
  • Submit information that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • Use the service to build a competing product through unauthorized extraction of features, models, or data.

8. Semantic and Automated Outputs

Semantic memory, search results, summaries, recommendations, and other automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Connector OS does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. You must independently review information before relying on it or taking consequential action.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Connector OS and its software, branding, designs, documentation, and service technology are owned by Connector OS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, you grant Connector OS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risks, unlawful conduct, material breach, harm to users or providers, or service discontinuation. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connector OS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect synchronization, delivery of every communication, preservation of every third-party record, or that automated outputs will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connector OS and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Connector OS during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connector OS and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, communications, misuse of the service, violation of law, or breach of these terms.

14. Disputes and General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Connector OS contracting entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction over that entity's principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the service unless a separate written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be identified by a new last-updated date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@connector-os.app.
